What we think
The problem comes first.
Technology is chosen after the problem is understood. If someone talks about tools before asking how you work, be wary.
Simple lasts longer.
Every extra part is something to maintain. We look for the smallest system that does the job well.
One team for the whole system.
If the right answer includes a sensor, an AI model and a web app, one team should be able to design all three.
You should be able to leave.
The code, the data and the documentation are yours. If you ever want to change supplier, you take everything with you.
How we work
Every project follows the same logic, scaled to the size of the problem.
Analysis before commitment
For non-trivial projects we start with a short, fixed-price analysis phase. You get a written scope, architecture and quote you can use with us or anyone else.
Stages with a clear result
Work is split into stages with defined deliverables. At the end of each one you can review, adjust or stop.
Working software early
Every cycle we show progress in a test environment, so feedback is about the real product.
You talk to the people building it
You deal directly with the people who design and code.
Everything in the open
Repository, task board and documentation shared from day one.
Support after launch
Maintenance and evolution plans, or a documented handover to your own team.
What we don't do
- Build before understanding the problem
- Add AI because it looks good
- Lock clients into closed platforms
- Take on projects we won't do well: we'll tell you and, if we can, recommend someone better suited
What's holding you back?
A process, a product idea, a device, a set of systems that should talk to each other. A few lines are enough to get started.
