What data we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, company, email, the description of your project and, if you choose to give them, budget and timeline. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
Only if you tick the corresponding box, we will also use your email to send you news and marketing communications about our services. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a and art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). It is optional, does not affect our reply to your enquiry and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contacto@digrow.es. We keep your email for this purpose until you unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if no further relationship follows, up to one year afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed by the providers hosting this website and our email or CRM systems, under data processing agreements: the website hosting provider and the email provider.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to us through the contact form or at contacto@digrow.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
