Software and automation by industry
Software and automation for installers and field service
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lifts, security or maintenance: call-outs arriving on WhatsApp, paper job sheets that come back days later and forgotten maintenance visits. We move all of it onto the technician's phone.
Common problems
Paper job sheets
The technician fills in the job sheet by hand, and someone in the office types it up so it can be invoiced.
Late invoicing
Nothing is invoiced until the job sheet reaches the office, and sometimes that takes days or weeks.
Disorganised call-outs
Faults come in by phone, email and WhatsApp, and assigning them to technicians is done from memory.
Forgotten maintenance
Recurring contract visits that depend on a calendar or on someone remembering.
What can be automated
Job sheet app
Technicians see their call-outs on their phone, log materials and hours, take photos, collect the customer's signature and a PDF report is generated.
Technician scheduling
A diary with call-outs assigned to each technician, visible from the office and on the phone.
Invoicing from the job sheet
A closed job sheet goes to invoicing with its materials and hours.
Automatic maintenance
Each contract's visits are scheduled automatically and the customer is notified beforehand.
Remote monitoring
Sensors at installations that flag a fault or unusual consumption before the customer calls.
You don't need to replace the software you already use. We start from your current tools and connect or automate them. We only suggest something new when what you have can't do the job.
Examples
The technician fills in a paper job sheet and someone in the office types it up.
They fill it in on their phone, with photos and the customer's signature, and the report arrives as a PDF.
Jobs are invoiced when the sheets reach the office, sometimes weeks later.
A closed job sheet generates the invoice the same day.
Recurring visits are noted in a calendar.
They are scheduled automatically and the customer is told about the visit.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need special phones or tablets?
No. The app works on any Android phone or iPhone, even without coverage: it stores job sheets and sends them when the connection returns.
Does it connect to my invoicing software?
Yes, in most cases through its API or import files. If that's not possible, invoices are generated in the format you need.
Why not use an off-the-shelf job sheet app?
If a standard app fits the way you work, it's a good option. Custom makes sense when your job sheets, contracts or integrations don't fit. Compare them with our SaaS vs custom software calculator.
How much does it cost?
That varies with the number of technicians and integrations. A first version of the digital job sheet can be done as a pilot from €250 + VAT.
