Software
Custom software development in Barcelona
We design, build and maintain software made for your company: web applications, internal platforms, mobile apps and the integrations that connect them. From a small tool to a complete platform, the same team takes it from the first meeting to a working system.
Start a projectWhat is custom software?
It's software designed and built for one company's processes, data and people. Unlike a generic product sold to many, the company owns it, decides how it evolves and pays no per-user licences. We handle the full cycle: understanding the problem, designing, coding, testing, launching and maintaining it.
Web and mobile app
What your team and customers use.
Your business rules
The logic that today lives in formulas or in someone's head.
Your own database
Your data, organised and in your hands.
Integrations
ERP, CRM and accounting connected as they are.
What we build
Web applications
Browser-based tools for customers, partners or staff: from a smart form to a complete management system.
Internal platforms
Software for how your team works: operations, planning, quoting, inventory, field work.
Replacing spreadsheets
Turning the spreadsheets the business depends on into an application with all the data in one place.
Customer and supplier portals
Orders, documents, statuses and support at hand, so nobody has to call.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android when the work happens away from a desk, usually sharing a backend with the web app.
APIs and integrations
Connections between ERP, CRM, online shop, accounting or any system with an API. And the database when there isn't one.
Legacy modernisation
Replacing or wrapping old systems step by step, without stopping the business.
Improvements and extensions
Adding a feature, fixing a process or extending software you already have. We also take on small jobs.
When custom makes sense
- The way you work is an advantage and generic software would flatten it
- You pay for several tools and still fill gaps by hand
- Per-user licences grow faster than the value they bring
- You need integrations no vendor offers
- You want to own the code and the data
- A well-known product already covers almost everything at a reasonable price: we'll tell you
- The process is standard (payroll, basic accounting): buying a product is better
How a project runs
Analysis
We talk to the people who will use the system. Result: written scope, risks and quote.
Design
Data, integrations and interface designed together and validated with a prototype.
Iterative build
Short cycles, each ending with a version you can try.
Go-live
Data migration, training and a planned switchover.
Support and evolution
Maintenance, security and new features when you need them.
Technology we usually use
We choose tools that can be maintained for years. If your team already uses others, we adapt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the number of users, the complexity of the business rules, the integrations and how critical the system is. We take on anything from small jobs of a few hundred euros to complete platforms. After a first conversation we send a written quote.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. An integration between two programs, a simple internal tool or an improvement to software you already have are typical projects. You don't need a big budget to get started.
Do you work with companies outside Barcelona?
We're based in Barcelona and work with companies across Spain, in person or remotely.
Can you take over existing software?
Yes. We start with a technical review of the code and what should be kept, improved or replaced, and give it to you in writing before touching anything.
Who owns the code?
The client. Code, data and documentation are yours, in repositories you control.
What's holding you back?
A process, a product idea, a device, a set of systems that should talk to each other. A few lines are enough to get started.
