Frequently asked questions
Which connectivity should an IoT project use?
It depends on range, power and data volume. Wi-Fi suits powered indoor devices, LoRaWAN low-power sensors over long distances, and LTE-M or NB-IoT equipment without local infrastructure. We decide after studying the site.
How is IoT data protected?
Each device has its own credentials, communication is encrypted, firmware updates are signed and the platform controls access per user and per device.
Do you do IoT projects outside Barcelona?
Yes. We're based in Barcelona and run pilots across Spain; installation can be done by your team or a local installer following our instructions.
