Turn a Word document (.docx) into a PDF in seconds. The conversion happens in your browser, so the document never leaves your computer.
Drop your files here
Or choose them from your computer. They're processed in your browser, never uploaded.
Guide
What is preserved in the conversion
The conversion keeps text, headings, lists, tables, bold and italics, and images. Very elaborate layouts (columns, floating text boxes, complex headers) may shift slightly.
If you need a pixel-perfect copy, the most reliable option is "Save as PDF" from Word itself.
How it works
- Choose the .docx file.
- Click "Convert to PDF".
- Download the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
What is kept in the conversion?
Text, headings, bold and italics, lists, tables and images. Very complex layouts (columns, floating text boxes or special fonts) may look somewhat different.
Does it work with old .doc files?
No, only .docx. If you have a .doc, open it in Word or LibreOffice and save it as .docx.
Why don't you upload the file to a server?
Because it isn't needed and your documents stay private. For results identical to the original in documents with complex layouts, the most reliable option is "Save as PDF" from Word itself.
Do you do this every day?
If you merge documents, prepare invoices or copy data between programs every day, that can be automated, and it's what we do.
