Software and automation for manufacturing
Production reports on paper, downtime spotted too late and traceability that means digging through binders. We connect machines, people and ERP so shop-floor data arrives straight away, with no typing.
Common problems
Production reports on paper
Quantities, incidents and times are written down by hand and someone types them into a spreadsheet later.
Downtime spotted late
A stopped machine, or one running below its pace, is noticed hours later, when it's too late to fix.
Hard-to-trace batches
Knowing which batch of material ended up in which order means searching through paperwork and several systems.
Calendar-based maintenance
Machines are checked when scheduled, not when needed, and breakdowns still come as a surprise.
What can be automated
Digital shop-floor reports
A tablet or terminal where operators log output, stoppages and incidents in seconds.
Automatic machine data
Sensors or a connection to the PLCs to know in real time whether each machine is producing, stopped or running slow.
Production dashboard
Output, stoppages and performance by machine and shift on one screen, as they happen.
Batch traceability
QR-coded labels that follow each batch from incoming material to the customer's order.
Condition-based maintenance
Alerts when a machine shows symptoms (vibration, temperature, power draw) so you can step in before it breaks.
ERP integration
Shop-floor data reaches the ERP without retyping, and work orders reach the floor without printing.
You don't need to replace the software you already use. We start from your current tools and connect or automate them. We only suggest something new when what you have can't do the job.
Examples
Every shift fills in a paper report that someone types into Excel the next day.
The operator logs it on a tablet and the dashboard updates instantly.
You find out about a long stoppage when you read the report.
You get an alert as soon as a machine stops.
When a complaint comes in, rebuilding traceability takes hours.
You scan the batch and see where it came from and where it went.
What changes day to day
- Reliable, up-to-date production data
- Machines spend less time stopped
- You find a batch's trail in seconds
- There's far less paper on the shop floor

Frequently asked questions
Can older machinery be connected?
Usually, yes. If a machine has no communications, external sensors (power, vibration, run signals) are added without touching how it works.
Does it work with our ERP?
We integrate with your ERP through its API, database or exchange files. We check this at the start of the project.
Do you build the hardware too?
Yes. We design and build electronics when no suitable off-the-shelf device exists, and we develop the software that collects and displays the data.
How do we start without a big project?
With a single line or a single machine. A pilot from €250 + VAT lets you measure the result before rolling it out across the plant.
